Telehealth Services
Telehealth services bring the therapy room to you when distance or mobility makes in-person difficult. You’ll meet with your clinician over a secure video connection and receive the same compassionate, practical care that you would receive in-office. We will set clear goals, learn real-world skills, and have access to steady support.
Who Telehealth Is For
- Clients with mobility limitations or transportation barriers
- Clients who live at a distance from our office
Availability may vary by clinician and service type. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies or crisis care.

How It Works
We’ll schedule a video appointment and send a private link. Sessions follow the same structure as in-person—clear goals, guided conversation, and practical tools to use between visits—while we track progress together.
What You’ll Need
- A private location without interruptions
- A device with camera & microphone (computer, tablet, or phone)
- Reliable internet (wired or strong Wi-Fi)
- Headphones/earbuds for privacy (recommended)
What Telehealth Can Help With
Anxiety & stress · Depression & mood support · Grief & transitions · Skills for emotion regulation, boundaries, and communication · Coaching between in-person visits
Limitations
Telehealth services may not be suitable for severe, unstable, or high-risk situations; active crisis; or when technology/privacy needs can’t be met. In these cases we’ll recommend in-person care or a higher level of support.
Insurance & Payment
Coverage varies by plan and service. We can provide documentation or verify eligibility where applicable. Co-pays and non-covered fees are the client’s responsibility.
