Counseling Services
At OkieStrong Behavioral Health & Counseling, we meet people where they are with counseling services that are both compassionate and practical.
Our clinicians help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship strain, life transitions, and the everyday stress that piles up.
We focus on real-world skills—grounding, communication, boundaries, and emotion regulation—so progress feels tangible outside the therapy room.
We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
Sessions are primarily in-person to support depth of connection and consistency.
Telehealth is available for clients with mobility limitations or who live at a distance; availability may vary by clinician.

Individual Therapy
Steady, private space for your goals. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or feeling stuck, we focus on real-world tools—grounding, communication, boundaries, and emotion regulation—so progress shows up outside the session.
Couples Counseling
Move from friction to teamwork. Learn to listen to understand, name needs without blame, repair after conflict, and rebuild trust with small, repeatable wins and clear next steps.
Family Therapy
Support for families navigating stress, transitions, or stuck patterns. We strengthen communication, clarify roles and boundaries, and shape calmer routines so home life feels more connected—especially for kids and teens.
Group Therapy
Small, supportive groups that blend skills training and guided practice for anxiety, grief, mindfulness, and trauma-informed stabilization—plus take-home tools to use between sessions.
Telehealth
Secure, private video sessions that bring the therapy room to you when travel or mobility make in-person difficult. You’ll receive the same compassionate, practical care—clear goals, real-world tools, and steady support—from a quiet, confidential space at home.
Requirements: a stable internet connection, a device with camera and audio, and a private location.
Note: Telehealth is available only for clients with mobility limitations or who live at a distance; availability may vary by clinician and it is not appropriate for emergencies or crisis care.
