Contact Us
We are here to help! Please complete the form below or reach out to us at the telephone number or email address below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Contact Us — What to Expect
Thank you for reaching out. After you submit the form, our team reviews your message and replies as soon as possible with next steps. If you prefer, you can also call us at (580) 695-9700 or email us at admin@okiestrongtherapy.com. We’ll help you find a time that fits, share fee information, and answer any quick questions so getting started feels simple and clear.
Hours & Response Time
We respond Monday–Friday during regular business hours. If you contact us after hours or on weekends, you will receive a reply as soon as possible. If you haven’t heard back, please check your spam folder or call to ensure we received your note.
Insurance, Fees & Paperwork
We’ll outline fees, payment options, and paperwork in your reply. If you plan to use benefits, have your insurance card available so we can provide guidance on next steps. We’ll also go over some simple intake forms and a brief questionnaire that includes basic demographic information and the details of your insurance plan to help your therapist prepare for your first session.
In-Person & Telehealth
We serve Moore, Norman, and Oklahoma City with in-person sessions, and offer telehealth for Oklahoma residents when appropriate. For telehealth visits, you’ll receive a secure link and brief tips for picking a quiet, private space. If technology is stressful, contact us and we’ll walk you through it step by step.
Accessibility & Directions
Our office is easy to access with onsite parking. If you have mobility, sensory, or privacy needs, please mention them—small changes can make your visit more comfortable. We’re happy to coordinate.
Privacy & Respect
Your message is confidential. We use secure systems and limit what we ask for over email or forms. If you prefer to share only basics online, we can complete details by phone.
If You’re Unsure What to Say
A few helpful lines: what brings you in, how long it’s been going on, and any preferences (in-person/telehealth, days/times). You don’t need perfect words—just a starting point.
Safety note: We’re a non-emergency outpatient practice. If you’re in immediate danger or worried about someone’s safety, please contact local emergency services now, or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). We’ll gladly support follow-up care once you’re safe.
